Orange Television Hit New ‘Highs’

Orange Television, Amherst’s self-described grunge/ funk/ fusion-ists stopped in last week to follow up The Vocal Suspects as our headlining act. The three-piece band showcased some older material “Myles’ Song” amidst some exclusive jams and demonstrated just how far they’ve come in the calendar year since their last Sweet Baby Lou appearance.

Orange Television have been playing regularly around the area since then and their songs, both new and old, are presented here with a tighter intensity than ever before. Though Orange Television is not above goofing around, their bassist Myles Heffernan even donned a Albert Einstein mask for a few songs, while guitarist and lead singer Howie Feibush showed off his guitar chops and some epic new effects that were seamlessly integrated into the mix. Call them what you want, OTV, Orange Television (as long as it’s not O-Television) and listen to them hit some new highs below.
