Orange Television were act number two of our second all night extravaganza, entering the dense madness of a studio where two once-loveable DJs had descended into plots of murder against their fellow men, aka Pat Drew.
Hey, six hours is a long time.
Still we passed the hours with the pounding funk, rock mash-up that Orange Television was busy disseminating over the airwaves of WMUA. Starting with some instrumentals and original songs (“Miles Song” / “Give”), the band even incorporated some stunning classic covers into the set. This including a spot-on version of Led Zeppelin’s “No Quarter” that would make this kid blush.
