LADIES & GENTLEMEN
It is with great pleasure that we introduce to you ACT I of our most daring radio feat yet to be performed on these most sacred radio airwaves.
The Dreaded 12-6am shift, the over-night, the long-haul, the really really really long show. Yes few have done it, and few have lived to tell the tale. That is until on December 21st, 2008 Sweet Baby Lou & The Reverends of Funk did the unthinkable. Oh yeah and we also had a lot of sweet guests.
ACT I
Rosie is currently a Sophomore undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and apart from writing sultry songs of passion and romance she one day dreams of being a documentary filmmaker. You know the PBS kind.
Here she started our long adventure into the night with some sweet lullabies including originals like “Iluvu,” “Room For Me & You,” “You & I” and covers including “You Were Meant for Me” by the all-knowing Jewel.
Rosie has been playing music since high school and is highly influenced by Indie music as well as pop acts like Avril Levine.
